She has widespread experience with computer applications, database management and human resource systems including the implementation of a web-based system for online benefit enrollment.

Susan has developed classification and pay plans; drafted updated job descriptions; assisted in litigation involving the EEOC, ADA, FMLA; performed data analysis required for grievance and interest arbitration matters. She previously worked for a Fortune 500 company with 16,000 employees in 53 countries where she managed the design, funding and administration of global benefits and defined contribution and welfare plans. She also supervised a professional staff in administering benefit programs internationally.
